I got my Carolina Caddy today and promptly went out to give it a try as a roof top loading assistant.
Simply put..It could not have worked better. I had it “installed” in 2 minutes and the Kayak up in 1. The only issue, that was not really an issue at all, was that the Kayak did not touch the wheels when I first placed the bow up before sliding. Rather it rested on the axle which was a non issue. I even left it up there for the drive to the water as it was already fully secured to the roof saving myself even more time.
